FIVE10PREPS is looking for a Midnight Baker to join our growing team! We are a fast-paced kitchen specializing in meal prep and baked goods, and we need a dedicated team member who is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working .

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and package baked goods according to company recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all baking is completed on schedule to meet daily production needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory management, including ingredient prep and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with the team to optimize efficiency and workflow

Qualifications:

• Previous baking experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery setting is preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow recipes accurately
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working overnight shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
