CorVel is looking to hire several Call Center Intake Representatives who want to make a difference to others. When someone is injured on the job, you are the first person they will speak with. Your responsibility is to listen, gather information from either the injured worker, employer or someone close to the situation then input information into our system so that they can receive the necessary medical care. This position is fully remote, and you will have the opportunity to grow within our organization.

This position is a temp to hire, fully remote and open to candidates residing near Phoenix, AZ. The shift will be afternoon hours to include one weekend day. Pay will be a staring pay of $17.00 with pay incentives if you are also Bilingual with Spanish.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide quality telephonic and email customer service including inbound and outbound messages.
  • Responsible for addressing client, patient and/or provider inquiries via email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines as well as client instructions.
  • Receive and respond to daily emails and correspondence.
  • Requires regular and consistent attendance.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE & PREREQUISITE SKILLS:

  • Effective multi-tasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office including Outlook and Excel.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong and consistent work history.

PAY RANGE:

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range: $14.70 - $20.50 per hour
