We are looking for someone who can assist our owner with developing a marketing and outreach strategy, as well as being an onsite point of contact for larger events for two of our locations located in Rittenhouse and Old City. Examples include promoting happy hours and theme nights.

Responsibilities

• Social Media outreach (event notifications, reposts)
• Local outreach to area businesses & venues promoting the bar for hosting events, as well as visibility
• Being the onsite point of contact for larger events
• Developing a general SEO strategy for stronger visibility on search engines
• Make minor adjustments to our websites as needed

Requirements

• Recent grad or in pursuit of a degree in marketing, communications, related field, or proven knowledge
• Ability to be present for larger events, including weekend events
• Ability to meet with the owner in-person 1-2 times per month
• Ability to work with minimal oversight while collaborating with our primary events planner
• Ability to work 20 hours per week

You should ideally be in the Philadelphia area with a knowledge of local businesses and event venues (or willingness to research), including comfortability with cold outreach.

This is a great opportunity for recent or soon to be grads looking to gain experience in the field. The pay with be between $17-$20 per hour. This has the opportunity to turn into a full time opportunity.
