Our client, a leader in the clinical research industry, is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - B to join their team. As a CRA, you will be part of the clinical team supporting the execution and management of clinical studies. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - B

Location: Alameda, CA

Pay Range: Max 45$/hr

What's the Job?

• Conduct single or multi-center medical device clinical studies.
• Perform study site visits ensuring compliance with the Study Protocol and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs).
• Assist in planning study conduct, designing case report forms (CRFs), and training investigator sites.
• Maintain and audit the Trial Master File to ensure inspection readiness.
• Communicate the status of clinical studies effectively to management and participate in cross-functional teams.

What's Needed?

• BS degree in life sciences with 3+ years of experience as a CRA or CRC.
• Demonstrated experience in site monitoring and clinical trial practices.
• Experience in conducting medical device and/or in-vitro diagnostics studies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of GCP, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs.
