Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: West Boise, ID
Compensation: Starting at $22.50/hour

CV Resources is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in West Boise to hire a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and has experience in high-volume AP processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices using Infor LN ERP software.
• Review, verify, and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
• Code and enter invoices accurately into the system.
• Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams promptly.
• Reconcile monthly statements and assist with maintaining accurate AP records.
• Support month-end close tasks, including AP reporting and account reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with Infor LN ERP software is highly preferred (or similar ERP systems).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent data entry skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
