Pay Rate (Check One) x Standard Hourly Rate Supervisory/Special Skills Hourly Rate Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): To provide on-site hospitality, administrative and program assistance for the Conference on Worship, Theology and the Arts
Duties and Responsibilities - Conference Hospitality
- Provide customer service, including providing directions to participants
- Assist with participant check-in and check-out
- Serve as host for various conference sessions
- Act as a point of contact for assigned presenters
- Other hospitality duties as assigned
- Conference Administrative Assistance
- Support the work of CWTA Steering Committee
- Support the work of the Coordinator of Programs and Administration
- Other administrative assistance duties as assigned
- Conference Program Assistance
- Provide "What Nourishes You?" presentation, and participate in "What Nourishes You?" discussion
- Other program assistance duties as assigned

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Skills) Required:
- Current St. Olaf student, rising junior or senior
- Previous work as a Nourishing Vocation Project Fellow during the 2023-2024 academic year
- Interest in the work of the Lutheran Center
- Demonstrated leadership skills including ability to complete work independently, self-motivation, and initiative
- Ability to work July 28, 2024 - August 1, 2024
Preferred:
- Previous experience in event implementation
- Previous experience with Christian congregations
