Starting at $22 per hour, paid weekly. Higher hourly rate with experience and ability to work an off-shift schedule. Preference given to candidates with CNC milling machine experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operating multiple CNC machining centers
• Reviewing drawings and specifications
• Recording part measurements
• Changing tools and making adjustments needed to produce quality parts
• Loading raw stick and unloading parts

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CMM reports
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection hand tools
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Active listening skills

COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• 80 hours paid time off your first year and 128 hours your second year. Get an additional 8 PTO hours each year (up to a maximum of 200 hours per year)
