Company: Japanese Food Manufacturer

Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Vernon, California (on-site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing and organizing office supplies
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Preparing and distributing correspondence
  • Maintaining and updating company records
  • Inputting data into company databases
  • Generating reports

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or have a valid work visa
  • Proficiency in Japanese is required for effective communication with clients.
  • 2, 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
