About the Company - Robert Half has a job opening in the construction industry for talented and driven Videographer/editor/producer.

About the Role - 6 month contract to possible extensions/conversions, 40 hours a week, 3 to 4 days onsite - Mainly Cottage Grove.

Responsibilities

• Execution of scripting, filming, editing, and post-production with a higher degree of creativity and technical skill, ensuring that the final product is polished and meets the project's objectives and is within brand standards.
• Advanced video planning and execution of both studio and onsite video shoots, coordinating with other departments and stakeholders. This responsibility is critical to ensure that all projects meet the desired quality and are completed on time.
• Manage the inventory and maintenance of video production equipment, ensuring that all tools are up-to-date and in good working condition to avoid production delays.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in video production, software updates, and complementary tools to ensure that the company's video content remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, video production and/or completion of a certificate program in television production and graphic design from an accredited technical institute, or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of handling complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong ability to conceptualize and execute creative video content that aligns with company objectives.
• Strong ability to plan video productions using a variety of methods that include storyboards, outlines and sketches.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality results within tight deadlines.
