Innovation, education of ECP and consumer presbyopia raise awareness are key pillars for the Varilux leading brand. At global, it’s our role to define strategies, communication package and activation to set the rules on the market. Along with R&D, legal, IP, CMI, Finance and local Marketing, our drive are differentiation, superiority, consumer centric and sustainability. You will be in charge of supporting the growth of this iconic brand, through multiple channels and with a strong focus on ECPs / prescribers. You will contribute to New Varilux Physio innovation project, one of the most strategic innovation projects for the company to be launched 2025. Your missions will include: Support the finalization of the communication & marketing package to ensure all touchpoints are covered (BtB digital platforms, instore material, instore digital lens simulation, brand content for tradeshow, roadshows, medical congresses etc.) Support localization of communication package Support operational preparation of product launch and accompany market to successfully launch and ensure proper roll out of all communication material Profile: Bac + 4/5, ideally from business school with a marketing specialization Enjoy multicultural environments, a first international experience is a plus Entrepreneurial spirit, skilled in project management, outstanding communication skills and organizational skills with a knack for problem solving Ability to display initiative and interpersonal skills and able to work with cross-functional groups across multiple levels of the organization to deliver results Fluent in English is a must First experience in marketing is a plus PPT and Excel skills What’s in it for you At EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined solely by your job title.
