Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager , you’ll do more than oversee projects, you’ll lead project managers and guide them toward success. Your mission: ensure our projects stay on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations while coaching and developing the next generation of project leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Mentorship

• Supervise, train, and mentor multiple Project Managers, reinforcing company standards and best practices.
• Develop future leaders by fostering a culture of accountability, initiative, and professional growth.
• Ensure PMs master project accountability, financial oversight, and client relationship management.

Project Management Excellence

• Set project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Drive financial success through smart budgeting, cost tracking, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee change orders, billing, and projections to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with Superintendents to track progress, maintain schedules, and resolve challenges.

Strategic Oversight & Operational Efficiency

• Ensure seamless coordination across teams, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain strict safety compliance, documentation, and team training.
• Lead personnel management, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular financial reports and project updates to leadership.
