Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Spa Manager to lead, inspire and grow the team of Nurse Aesthetics Injectors, Aestheticians and Guest Experience Specialists at our Naperville location. The Medical Spa Manager will be responsible for overall growth, operational excellence and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The Spa Manager will be actively involved in creating and implementing successful marketing programs for social media, paid advertising and outreach events to continue to elevate the awareness of VIO Med Spa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create an excellent results-based work environment for the team to succeed in role and leverage opportunities to enhance guest experience.
  • Develop and grow the spa team to ensure job satisfaction and optimizing sales opportunities.
  • Influence sales and profitability directly through creating systematic schedules to optimize client demand.
  • Ensure an excellent environment for the clients and lead team in growth of membership base.
  • Initiate client outreach strategies to raise brand awareness and drive mutually beneficial local business relationships.
  • Manage and optimize spa operational budget and supply ordering to ensure right levels of inventory.
  • Maintain and leverage positive relationships with vendors, suppliers and other business partners to optimize training opportunities for the team and marketing programs available.
  • Customize client engagement marketing plans and promotions in tandem with SVP and River North location leader.
  • Work closely with the Call Center to ensure first-time guests are scheduled efficiently.
  • Learn the market for untapped sales and service opportunities and to create bench strength as we add positions to this rapidly growing location.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in spa management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong drive for results and customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
  • Analytical skills to optimize schedules and cost of good budgets.
  • Proven success in executing marketing plans as well as developing outreach strategies.
