Our client is looking for a Social Media Content Creator.

*****This position is 100% on Site in Oxnard, California*****and seeking a local candidate.

• Must be comfortable being on camera for video content or live sessions.
• Looking for someone that has a passion for cooking, baking, mixology, or coffee, with a genuine appreciation for food and beverage culture.

Qualifications

Experience & Expertise:

1+ years of experience in social media management, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing.

Strong understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing dynamics, including content creation strategies that drive brand engagement and conversions.

Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Creative problem solver with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Social Media Content Creation:

• Plan, create, and manage captivating content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, showcasing company’s products in creative and relatable ways.
• Host Live selling on TikTok for 3-5 days a week – each live selling session could be from 1 -3 hours.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and reels that highlight product versatility and applications.
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, and algorithms, applying innovative approaches to enhance content strategy.

Content Strategy Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure content aligns with brand goals and messaging.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate campaigns that merge affiliate initiatives with social media strategies.
