As the remote Service Delivery Manager Business Support is responsible for managing a service delivery team to deliver products and services to support data quality management, training, and real property compliance for the USACE AIS REMIS.

How You’ll Make An Impact

This position is responsible for providing high quality end user experience support. This is accomplished by offering training through multiple avenues (onsite, eLearning, webinars etc.) for REMIS. The Data Quality Management is accomplished by providing stewardship and reporting to the user community to provide the necessary expertise to evaluate, monitor, and remediate the integrity and accuracy of data within REMIS and provide recommendations and support for a REMIS Data Quality Management plan.

Responsibilities

• Performs the impact analysis of approved Change Requests (CRs) for data quality monitoring and anomaly detection/reporting functionality within the REMIS application.
• Provide functional impact analysis that outlines and describe impacts to REMIS for newly published guidelines to include:
  • DoD Real Property Inventory Model (RPIM) and Real Property Categorization System Requirements (RPCS)
  • Federal Real Property Profile (FRPP)
  • General Services Administration (GSA)
  • Army Audit Readiness (AAR)
• Oversee scheduling and meeting with USACE Districts for DQM remediation, ad hoc project, training events​​​
• Manage a team of three that includes an instructional designer, a trainer/SME, and a data quality analyst/SME for Real Property
• Responsible for the maintenance of training products located in the MilUniversity site for REMIS
• Oversee creation, production, and maintenance of training products in sixteen knowledge areas for USACE Real Estate. Artifacts include schedule manuals, exercises, Training PowerPoint presentations, handouts, guidance sheets, surveys, summary reports, and video files.
• Travel as required to provide on-site customer training coordination and delivery
• Present status updates to stakeholders during the Quarterly Progress meeting.

Here's What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business Administration, Management or similar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role that requires strong skills in a Instructional Design, Management, Data Quality Management or similar
• US Citizenship required
• Public Trust Clearance required
• Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Instructional Design capability (Adobe Captivate)
• Data Visualization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong time management skill

• PMP Preferred
• Familiarity with US Core of Engineers is a plus
