Job Description

We are seeking a talented and resultsdriven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team at MDG. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance the organic search visibility of our clients websites. The SEO Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to implement onpage optimization technical audits content strategies and linkbuilding campaigns. You will be integral to driving relevant traffic improving search rankings and increasing brand visibility for our clients.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
• Keyword Research: Conduct indepth keyword research to identify hightraffic relevant search terms and opportunities to optimize client content and marketing efforts.
  
• OnPage Optimization: Optimize website content including titles meta descriptions headers and body copy to enhance user experience and improve search engine ranking.
  
• Technical SEO Audit: Identify and address technical SEO issues that may affect search engine crawling and indexing such as broken links site speed and structural problems.
  
• Content Strategy Development: Create and execute datadriven content strategies including blog posts landing pages and other website content to boost organic traffic and engagement.
  
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor SEO strategies and tactics to identify new opportunities for improving client website rankings.
  
• Link Building: Develop and implement effective linkbuilding strategies to increase the number of highquality backlinks to client websites improving domain authority and search performance.
  
• Reporting and Analysis: Track key SEO performance metrics such as traffic keyword rankings and conversion rates providing clients with clear insights and recommendations.
  
• Client Communication: Collaborate with account managers to communicate SEO strategies progress and results to clients ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SEO principles best practices and algorithm updates.
  
• Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms such as Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs and Google Analytics.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  
• Proven experience in content writing and editing with a focus on SEOdriven content.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts clearly to clients.
  
• A deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and emerging SEO trends.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with HTML CSS and other web technologies is beneficial.
  
• Certification in Google Analytics Google Ads or SEOrelated programs is a plus.
  
• Experience buying paid search and/or programmatic is a plus
