Salesforce Administrator
The Role
Capstone is looking for a highly collaborative, detail-oriented individual to join our IT team! As a Salesforce Administrator, you would be responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems on a day-to-day basis. Using your process-oriented and analytical thinking skills, you will be critical to driving Capstone's mission forward.
At Capstone, our Salesforce Administrator drives our success by ensuring that our Salesforce suite of applications are configured and maintained in a manner that supports the growth of our award-winning educational products. You would proactively monitor system performance, strive to simplify our systems, establish and configure user accounts, develop and customize applications, and troubleshoot issues to support our Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership teams.
As such, this role will require in-depth knowledge of internal sales, marketing, and business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will be expected to demonstrate performance in a manner that is consistent with Capstone's Core Competencies.
Our preference is for this role to be hybrid, based out of either our North Mankato, MN or Edina, MN locations. However, fully remote work may also be considered.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce Administration:
The Salesforce Administrator is the central point of contact for all things Salesforce at Capstone. This role plays a key part in all requested changes within our Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, evaluate requests, implement changes, train users, and execute on our systems roadmap.
Perform day-to-day Salesforce Administration duties including:
Design and maintain complex user roles, data, profiles, workflows rules and security for SalesForce.com.
Provide Salesforce help desk support for all users.
Develop custom dashboards and workflows specific to certain profiles.
Manage Delegation of Authority rules
Manage Account Assignment and Territory rules
Import/export data as required
Maintain all Salesforce.com add-on's and 3rd party tools, including Pardot, Salesforce CPQ, B2B Commerce, Order Management, Conga and other similar packages.
Create efficiencies within using Salesforce Flow automation to improve business processes for the organization.
Work closely with other departments to maintain the integration between the CRM and other systems
Develop a comprehensive understanding of business requirements, procedures and problems and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Submit and review technical and process improvement recommendations to Sales and Marketing leadership.
Provide training to users including initial training to users during onboarding processes and routine training as new features are made available on the platform. Users will rely on you to help them optimize their use of the platform, so knowing the in's and out's of Salesforce and it's capabilities is a must for this role.
Work closely with the IT team to maintain integrations and keep data flowing between systems.
Keep up to date on new technologies within our Salesforce environment.

This position must remain current on new trends and advancements in Salesforce technologies, and proactively recommend opportunities to simplify and automate within the Salesforce platform to benefit the organization and help drive and support product sales growth.

Education, Experience, and Skills desired: University degree or college diploma in business or information technology preferred. Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred.
2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience, Salesforce Flow proficiency is a plus, at least two (2) years' experience in a marketing or sales administration role.

Full-time annualized starting salary range for this position is $65,000-$90,000 contingent on relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
