Someone who is looking to grow and can manage a team of 10-20 service plumbers as well as the P&L.

Required:

* 7+ years of Residential/Light Commercial experience
* High School Diploma or greater
* Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
* Must have strong skillset in plumbing products, installation, and mechanical understanding
* Strong understanding of Plumbing functions
* Management experince
* Field Experience
* Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in contract negotiation
* Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
