We are looking for a full time licensed Pharmacy Tech and a part time licensed Pharmacist.

Minimum of pharmacy technician license

Phenomenal opportunity at an established Clinical Research Site, specializing in Alzheimer’s Disease, in Columbus, GA. Seeking full time, licensed Pharmacist/Pharmacy Technician looking for long-term stability and a "family-like" atmosphere.

• Potential candidate must be pharmacist or pharmacy technician licensed in the state of Georgia,  proficient in the mixing and sterile preparation of IV and subcutaneous vial medications, inclusive of monoclonal antibodies, to be administered to research participants by trained staff, in a blinded manner, in a clinical research clinic setting.
• Responsible for investigational medications stored in on-site pharmacy including, receipt and registration, record keeping, temperature monitoring, preparation and dispensing of the product, and randomization of research participants. Responsible for maintaining the condition of pharmacy and IP preparation areas, monitoring clinical lab values, culture sensitivity reports and for providing recommendation for appropriate drug therapy adjustment, drug interaction, duplicate therapy, and other related problems.
• Potential candidate must possess attention to detail, patience and efficiency. Must be computer literate and able to use or learn various software systems. Must be an independent worker, cross-trained and capable of operating collaboratively within a multidisciplinary research team. Willing to learn and able to work within the strict parameters of multiple clinical research protocols, while maintaining efficiency in the clinic.
