This position is responsible for: delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial aesthetic treatments, laser hair removal, and lab draws; delighting patients with exceptional customer service; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Chapter products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Chapter Medical Aesthetic Clinic.Essential Responsibilities Delivers on Chapter's promise of extraordinary results, innovation and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelinesMaintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interactionUpholds facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocolsConsistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e. revenue per hour, retail, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systemsEducates all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to current membersEnsures 85% + booked clinic scheduleRepresents Chapter Purpose and Values in all circumstancesRequirements/Qualifications Education Level: Registered Nurse credential1-3 years of aesthetics experience or aesthetic training preferredJob Related/Industry Experience: Licensed to practice in state of designated clinicSuperior interpersonal and customer service skillsDemonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objectionsKnowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keepingAbility to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervisionAbility to handle and resolve recurring problemsAbility to travel between Coon Rapids, Eagan and Eden Prairie locationsHourly rate $32+ depending on experience Chapter Aesthetic Studio
