This position will make a bi-weekly base salary of $3,076.02, which calculates to $80,000 per year. In addition, you will be eligible for commission (0.5% of the net sales and 9% of the gross margin). We will guarantee an annual commission of $40,000 for your first year. As a team member you'll be able to enjoy benefits such as medical and MERP, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, voluntary life insurance for employees and family members, a 401(k) plan eligibility after 6 months of employment with company contribution, paid time off (PTO), floating holidays, 6 federal paid holidays, and gym membership reimbursement .
