Senior Database Deveoper, Workplace Investing

This role will be filled in Westlake, TX.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• 7+ plus years performing Oracle 12c and 19c administration (Exadata a plus)
• Expertise in Performance tuning, scripting and automation
• Expertise in Golden Gate replication on Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC)
• Significant background in solving complex technology challenges
• A strong background working in large-scale software projects
• Knowledge and expertise in cloud, hybrid cloud technology would be a real plus
• Postgres/ SQL Server, SQL MI experience also desirable

The Purpose of Your Role

As a Senior Database Administrator, you will provide technical vision and support over critical projects as part of our strategy to expand our database service offerings. You will be part of a broader team that maintains our overall technical strategy and integrated roadmap.

The Skills You Bring

• Expertise analyzing, troubleshooting and performance tuning databases and sql queries
• Expertise with Oracle Golden Gate, database replication and data movement strategies & tools
• Performing design evaluations/ recommendations for database migration strategies to the cloud
• Advanced communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to operationalize solutions and ideas into standard operating procedures (SOP)
