Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Oroville, CA, for the upcoming school year. This position offers flexible hours, with both full-time and part-time options available, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on students' educational experiences while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students' fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to address students' specific needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into students educational programs.
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Educate and support students and families on strategies and exercises to improve daily functioning and academic performance.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.
• Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and educational staff.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to improving students overall development and success in the educational environment.
