Position Overview
As a Multi-Site Property Manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple properties, ensuring that all financial, administrative, and operational aspects are handled with precision. You will be the linchpin that connects property teams, tenants, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and accounting functions for multiple properties. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial processes.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor on-site teams, promoting a culture of respect, communication, and shared goals.
Operational Excellence: Manage high volumes of tasks and transactions with efficiency and attention to detail.
Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenant concerns, ensuring prompt and empathetic resolutions.
Compliance: Ensure all properties adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management or a similar role.
Proficiency in property management software and accounting tools.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
