Christ the King School in Des Moines is seeking a full-time passionate and dedicated Middle School Math and Science Teacher. The ideal candidate will inspire students in grades 6-8 to develop a strong foundation in mathematics and scientific inquiry, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and school curriculum for math and science subjects.
• Deliver high-quality instruction in mathematics and science through various teaching methods, including direct instruction, hands-on activities, and collaborative learning.
• Create and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress; provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and academic integrity.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with varying learning styles and abilities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, staff, and administration to enhance the educational experience and support student success.
