Job Description

We need a Marketing & Advertising Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. The primary responsibilities of the Marketing & Advertising Associate role include learning how to lead the division, managing and supervising all aspects of a telecommunications marketing campaign, the client relationship, as well as developing the client's pipeline with new business. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in communications, and the ability to think one step ahead of our clients to exceed their marketing and brand needs.

1. Manage the execution of marketing programs as well as assume direct responsibility for the quality of work
2. Provide strategic counsel to clients and account team
3. Anticipate clients' strategic needs, both long and short term
4. Plan and run strategic client meetings
5. Consistently offer value and add counsel
6. Function as the primary contact for client accounts OR communicate with clients at the senior level to build and maintain relationships
7. Retain and develop current accounts to increase revenue
8. Supervise account staff in their daily activities, provide structure and instruction for balancing their workloads
9. Motivate, mentor, and guide professional development of staff
10. Assume fiscal responsibility for division, accounts, and team
11. Actively participate and guide the operations and future course of division and agency

Marketing & Advertising Associate Qualifications:

1. Prior agency experience
2. BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3. Detail-oriented and results-oriented
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
