Summary

You have the opportunity to grow with us as a Luxury Real Estate Consultant/Agent. We provide the real estate expertise, Technology and Marketing that will save you time, provide meaningful touches to your clients and empower your career trajectory.

We expect our Agents to sell at minimum 12 deals per year, but our commitment is to help you sell more by creating lasting relationships with clients and reaching people that you wouldn't have otherwise had in your pipeline.

A great real estate agent on a team doesn’t just sell homes —they build relationships, master their craft, and leverage the team’s resources to operate at the highest level . At Tercek Real Estate Group, we empower our agents to focus on what they do best—closing deals and serving clients—while we handle the rest .

Responsibilities

• Embody professionalism, collaboration, and client-focused service
• Work your database every day & log your activities in the CRM
• Conduct 2 open houses monthly
• Attend weekly client consultations
• Stay active on social media and personal branding efforts
• Participate in team meetings and huddles
• Participate in culture building team activities
• Sign Listing Contracts and Buyer Broker Agreements
• Stay educated on local markets and agent best practices
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Write, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, counteroffers, and contracts
• Leverage the team’s marketing tools, media team, and social platforms to generate leads

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Staying committed and and treating this as your job is your strength. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to a white-glove service to your clients.

• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional
• Ideally have closed at least 8 transactions in the last 12 months
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Coachable with a growth-minded
• Willingness to adapt to our methods and systems
