Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $37.84 - $38.42. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

Long Island OPC Private Practice

The Hospital for Special Surgery has an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN to join our Long Island/ Queens Private Practice team as an LPN, Nationally Certified Medical Assistant or Nationally Certified Patient Care Assistant ! This position may also provide coverage for our Fresh Meadows location as well.

Working under the supervision of many of our prominent MD’s, you will provide the utmost deliverance of patient care in the physician’s office setting.

Scope Of Duties Will Include

• Assisting the physician in treatments and procedures
• Rooming patients
• Fostering effective patient throughout
• Stocking exam rooms.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
• Current NYS State LPN license and Registration
• BLS certification
