Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Opportunity in California – Full-Time

Your expertise in addressing diverse mental health challenges will be the cornerstone of our client-centered care approach.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver confidential counseling services to individuals managing chronic pain and related concerns.
• Develop and execute customized treatment plans to align with clients’ needs.
• Act as the primary communicator between clients and other care professionals, ensuring coordinated care.
• Identify and adapt to patients’ support requirements, facilitating adherence to therapeutic goals.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a similar field.
• Valid LMFT license in California.
• Expertise in therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems.
• Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
