Our client is seeking a Patent Agent with 2+ years of experience to join their Life Sciences Patent Practice. This full-time position is available in their Silicon Valley, New York, or Washington, D.C. offices. Qualifications: A PhD (or MD) in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or a related field is required. A USPTO registration number is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate superior academic credentials and possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Application Requirements: Applicants must provide the following materials: Cover letter. Resume. Full academic transcripts (undergraduate and graduate). Two writing samples: A patent application drafted by the candidate. An office action response with a persuasive argument drafted by the candidate. Compensation and Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $112,500 to $250,000 , depending on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.
