To learn more about us, please seeUnder the general supervision of the Business Taxes Administrator II, Legal Division, Internal Affairs Section (IAS), the Business Taxes Specialist (BTS) II is responsible for conducting significant or complex internal administrative investigations of allegations of employee misconduct, including but not limited to threats, bribery, theft, embezzlement, mismanagement, malfeasance, conflict of interest, and abuse of state time and equipment. The BTS II performs special projects when needed. The BTS II exercises a high degree of independence and responsibility when performing their job duties. The BTS II also serves as a training resource for section staff and acts as a backup to the IAS Manager.
