We are seeking a creative and collaborative Interior Architect or Designer with an interest in housing, hospitality, and social justice. This position—for a licensed interior architect or an interior designer— will work in our Interiors studio to manage projects from acquisition through design and completion. We’re looking for a capable, collaborative person who can work with our in-house team across many projects as well as independently. The DBA_Inside interiors studio is integrated throughout the larger DBA practice, collaborating on large-scale projects (multifamily housing and hotels) as well as running stand-alone commercial interior architecture projects (commercial interiors, adaptive reuse, and tenant fit outs) that balance high-end design with community benefit.Job Title: Interior Architect/Designer

$85,000 - $115,000 USD annually. Salary commensurate with experience.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area with the expectation of coming to the office 3 days a week. We plan to support a hybrid in-person/remote model indefinitely.
