Job Title: Hotel Room Attendant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our upscale hotel team located Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will live in the local area and have reliable transportation. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Room Cleaning: Efficiently clean and prepare guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces as well as any other tasks assigned.
• Public Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospital REQUIRED 
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent time management skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Availability: Must be able to work weekends - REQUIRED
