Job Overview
We are seeking part time skilled and detail-oriented Fiber laser engraver / Graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision and artistry, capable of transforming ideas into tangible designs through engraving and designs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creativity, as well as strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their engraving needs.

Duties

• Operate fiber laser engraving machine for Cerakote firearm laser custom designs, tumbler cups and aluminum business cards. Social media posts and office manager / receptionist.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide recommendations for design enhancements.
• Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring proper functionality.
• Manage project timelines effectively to meet client deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide clerical support including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records of projects.
• Offer exceptional customer support throughout the engraving process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design / laser engraving or a related field is required.
• Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to operate design software for creating engravings.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
• Previous experience in customer service or clerical roles is advantageous, particularly in managing office tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and artistic sensibility are essential for producing high-quality engravings.
