Job Title: Hotel General Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team with excellence. This role demands strong leadership, attention to operational details, and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate will ensure the hotel operates smoothly while driving revenue growth and maintaining a commitment to high standards.

Salary:
$85K - $115K base salary, plus 30% bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations : Supervise all hotel departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Team Leadership : Build and maintain a positive work environment by mentoring and developing a diverse team of hospitality professionals. Oversee the implementation of staff training programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Guest Satisfaction : Develop and implement strategies to exceed guest expectations, address feedback, and continuously enhance the guest experience.
  • Financial Management : Develop effective revenue strategies, control costs, and achieve financial targets. Monitor and analyze financial reports to guide hotel decision-making and improve key metrics like ADR, RevPAR, and market share.
  • Quality Assurance : Uphold brand standards and compliance with industry regulations, ensuring the property meets all quality benchmarks.
  • Strategic Growth : Work collaboratively with senior management to identify and execute long-term strategies for operational improvement and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership : Proven ability to inspire, lead, and manage teams effectively, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Problem-Solving : Demonstrated success in identifying operational issues and implementing actionable solutions.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience : At least 5 years of hotel management experience, with a strong background in Sales and Marketing and a record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with staff, guests, and management.
