At Nandail Property Management , we're looking for a talented and dependable General Handyman to become a key part of our growing team in Rochester, NY . If you're skilled in maintenance and ready to take on a variety of hands-on tasks, we want you to help us keep our residential and commercial properties in top condition.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform essential maintenance across a wide range of tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting .
• Quickly respond to maintenance requests to ensure our properties run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to tackle projects and achieve great results.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in handyman work is a plus.
• Willing to travel around 50 miles radius from home location.
• Strong skills across a variety of trades— plumbing, electrical, carpentry , and general repairs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license .
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
