Hourly Pay: Starting at $30per hour (based on experience)

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Middle School Science Teacher to join a vibrant school district in Houston, Texas. This full-time, onsite position provides a fantastic opportunity to inspire students in a hands-on and interactive science learning environment.

As a Middle School Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, standards-based science lessons, fostering a love for science, and creating an inclusive environment where all students can succeed. Your role will involve collaboration with fellow educators and communication with families to ensure each student's academic success and personal growth.

• Develop and implement innovative science lesson plans that align with state standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
• Create a classroom atmosphere that encourages inquiry, collaboration, and critical thinking.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
• Regularly assess student understanding, providing feedback and adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student progress and build individualized strategies for success.
• Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment using effective classroom management techniques.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Science, or a related field.
• Valid Texas teaching certification for middle school science (Grades 68).
• Previous teaching experience at the middle school level is preferred but not required.
• Strong ability to engage students through interactive, hands-on science instruction.
• Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
