Job Description

We are seeking a Fashion Consultant / Stylist to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Our store is set up to give a boutique style approach in guiding our wedding customers, formal wear event guests, and high school students an experience that is not website based and catalog based. We are 1 on 1 with each person, following up on leads, and setting appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure stock is available to rent or buy
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints if any to gain a customer for life

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to be on your feet most of the day (we are often 10,000 plus steps a day)
• Can lift up to 30 pounds without limitations

Each person in our store is a key cog in establishing a personal rapport with each and every person ensuring they will be customers for life. Our brand is not typical retail and our involvement with styled photoshoots, wedding shows, quinceanera expos, fashion trade shows, and runway shows make us the place for all things formal in the community. Our forecast for 2025 will take us to add a possible second location locally and allow for growth into a store lead and management.
