Our client, in Henderson, KY is seeking Extrusion Machine Operators in their Extrusion?Plant?to join their team. As a extrusion operator,?you will be part of the production team supporting operations, safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have prior work history in manufacturing, able to lift 55 lbs?and able to work 8 hours shifts with some OT which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18.00

• Must be willing to train on day shift then move to 2nd or 3rd shift after training.?
• Must be able to work shift times:

1st shift -?6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
2nd shift-??2:45 PM to 11:15 PM?
3rd shift?10:45 PM to 7:15 AM

What’s the Job?

• Prepare batches of product according to established formulas and procedures.
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in the compounding process.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure product meets specifications.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

What’s Needed?

• Previous 2 years experience in a plastics manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Experience with materials handling, warehouse operations, or forklift operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as batch records and standard operating procedures.
• Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to compounding, such as mixers, scales, and pumps.
