Experienced Spa Director (or VERY Experienced Spa Manager) Job Details: We're looking for an EXPERIENCED SPA DIRECTOR , intelligent, creative, and seasoned, to join our family at Martha Soffer's internationally-renowned Ayurvedic Surya Spa, in our Kelly Wearstler-designed location in Santa Monica Proper Hotel, and in additional anticipated locations. Knowledge of Ayurveda is not needed, but SPA DIRECTING EXPERIENCE is essential . You must also have a strong desire to help people and to become immersed in the world of Surya, from all-natural products to transformative treatments, and in the world of Ayurveda, as well. Prior Spa operations experience IS required -- scheduling, conflict resolution, culture development, payroll, HR, hotel integration, revenue growth, customer service. Overview of operations, protocol and SOP development and refinement, customer journey, and growth opportunities.
