Basic Function : ABIs Web Developer creates, maintains, and improves websites and web assets for the promotion of ABI products.

Activities & Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain web experiences using HTML/CSS/JS/PHP and other front-end technologies.
• Function as ABIs website administrator.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designer to develop web experiences from Figma wireframes and prototypes.
• Document project build and maintenance.
• Code and deploy applications in a cross-platform, cross-browser environment.
• Maintain web properties via Git, HubSpot, WPEngine, and custom PHP application.
• Convert layout and design concepts, created by UX/UI Designer, into HTML & CSS layouts based on ABIs Bootstrap-based design system.
• Apply back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robot.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills.
• Continually improve all ABI websites and launch new web initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
• Implement and maintain new ecommerce platform.
• Drive implementation of new web technologies to enhance user experience.
• Leverage Google Webmaster Tools & Google Analytics to improve site performance, SEO, and strategic business goals.

• Maintain an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in ongoing training.
• Attend meetings and perform special assignments, projects, or other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in the use and application of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, web layout/coding software, photo editing software, and vector art software
• Proficient with Wordpress or additional CMS platforms
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Functional knowledge of WPEngine and HubSpot
• Must have unwavering integrity and positivity
• Must be emotionally intelligent, a humble contributor to group goals and company needs
• Must be a self-motivated and driven learner with a desire to grow and be developed
• Must be willing to participate in ongoing education
• Must be proficient utilizing computers, mobile devices, and core office applications
• Advanced ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Developed ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years successful web development experience
• Minimum 2+ years experience working in close collaboration with a creative team

Physical Requirements:

• Must be willing to work in-house
• Must have the ability to safely lift 40 pounds
• Must have the ability to stand, sit, and/or see a screen for a full work shift
• Ability to talk or hear to communicate with others via phone, in-person, and/or computer
• Ability to listen to customers/vendors/colleagues, problem solve, and respond accordingly
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Environmental Conditions & Travel :

• • The employee is exposed to manufacturing and warehouse environments with moderate to loud noise as well as office environments with moderate noise.
  • The employee is required to wear suitable Personal Protective Equipment while working in the warehouse or manufacturing environments.
  • Travel: Less than 5%.
