Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for Qualified personnel to support the DISA Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) contract - Developmental and Interoperability T&E.

Background:

1. DISA's mission is to conduct DODIN operations for the joint warfighter to enable lethality across all warfighting domains in defense of our Nation. DISA is a combat support agency of the Department of Defense (DoD). The agency is composed of more than 8,000 military and civilian employees. The agency provides, operates, and assures command and control and information-sharing capabilities and a globally accessible enterprise information infrastructure in direct support to joint warfighters, national level leaders, and other mission and coalition partners across the full spectrum of military operations.
2. Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) contract provides technical solutions for the DOD in support of Test and Evaluation (T&E) services and T&E enabling services. JITC's service requirements are categorized in the following areas: T&E Performance Requirements, T&E Capability Management Requirements, T&E Capability Requirements, and Overarching Contract and Task Order (TO) Requirements. TEC Services are provided to DoD Combatant Commanders/Services/Agencies, federal and state agencies, coalition partners, and commercial entities to aid in the design, development, acquisition, integration, deployment, operational use, and sustainment of new and enhanced Information Technology/National Security System capabilities.

Qualifications:

Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Leads and directs the work of others. Typically reports to top management or executive. May provide consultation on complex projects and be a top-level contributor/specialist. Must be expert at problem-solving, identifying risk, and communicating results and recommendations.

Requirements:

1. TOP SECRET clearance is required.
2. Requires a Doctorate or a Master's degree and at least 4 years of experience; or a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience. The degree must be in a relevant technical curriculum and experience must be related to the job duties.

Support Hours: The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 0700-1630 on Monday through Friday except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings.

Place of Performance: Fort Meade.

Travel: Contractor site with 0%-10% travel possible.
