We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Concierge in San Francisco, California. This role is primarily stationed at a high-end residential property and requires a detail oriented dress code.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the front desk duties at the residential property
• Ensure a high level of customer service for residents and guests
• Handle inquiries and requests from residents and guests
• Maintain a detail oriented and =+ years of experience appearance at all times
• Manage visitor access and maintain security awareness
• Provide information and directions as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure that the parking area remains accessible and secure• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have previous experience in Front Desk Duties
• Display a detail-oriented demeanor at all times
• Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Show proficiency in handling customer complaints and queries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be well-versed in local area knowledge to provide recommendations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
• Must have a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email and Microsoft Office
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Fluency in more than one language is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage
• CPR and First Aid certification is desirable.
