Career TEAM is looking to hire a Life Coach to help our clients improve their lives by helping them set and achieve goals, and by developing their self-awareness. This role will play an integral part in serving our customers by supporting client's successful completion of individual goals. This position is expected to be 75% remote work and 25% onsite work. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Your Impact on Career Team's Success :

• Collaborate with fellow team members to develop a personal success and employment plan
• Monitor progress of the clients by checking in with clients on a bi-weekly basis, for up to 250 clients
• Create a trusting partnership focused on freeing the client from self-imposed limitations and helping them find the courage and inspiration to seek and achieve fulfillment
• Demonstrate active listening and motivational interviewing skills
• Provide encouragement and guidance in an approachable, empathetic, manner to help clients identify areas of development
• Provide resources for self-help techniques, like mindfulness and meditation to manage stress and balance while in training
• Help clients recognize when strategies need adjustment and hold clients accountable for inaction in a supportive but direct way
• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops that promote effective communication, emotional intelligence, self-confidence, self-awareness,and leadership skills and use of Career Edge
• Maintain records and data entry with effective case notes to summarize services provided in the data system and document service codes
• Approach each day and task with a "ZAG" mindset
• Other duties and projects as needed for the success of the program

The Ideal Qualifications Include :

• Associate's degree required and ICF endorsed, Life Coach certification
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment - must have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of management, staff, and clients.
• Remain present in sessions, focus on the client, and remain mindful of what is happening in each moment of a coaching session
• Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment showing courteousness and a high level of professionalism;
• Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure to complete a high volume of work assignments with speed and accuracy;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to learn appropriate data entry into the reporting system.
• Experience and knowledge of trauma informed care and impacts of poverty
• Strong computer skills in MS Office and Google Office;
• Astounding ability to multitask and be proactive;
• A Valid Driver's license

Salary: $65,000-$70,000 annually Salary is commensurate with education and experience

Travel : Position may require local travel up to 25% of the time
