Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and support clients with their inquiries and concerns. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about communication and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $1150 - $1450 weekly

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, confirm appointments, or conduct surveys.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Address customer complaints or issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required, training will be provided.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude toward customer interactions.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
