Business Intelligence/Business Analyst Bravotech a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks a strong Business Intelligence/ Business Analyst with Data Warehousing experience, Snowflake, dbt Cloud, SQL Advanced Database Analysis, Data Modelling, and Excel skills Data Visualization experience: Snowflake/Tableau or (Qlikview, PowerBI, OracleBI etc...) Ideal candidate will be familiar with ETL/Dev tools: Azure Data Factory, Talend, Informatica, AWS, SAP, etc... Experience using Azure/DevOps, Agile SDLC tools MS Office and productivity tools: Visio, Project, FTP, SoapUI and other toolsets Prior basic coding experience or ability to read code is a plus Requirements Management (40%): Lead in-depth requirements and design sessions between business primaries, end users, and development teams Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical audiences, providing effective solutions for business issues Capture high-level functional requirements and translate into detailed requirements and technical specifications Identify gaps between legacy and new systems to enable requirements prioritization and mitigate functionality loss Construct high-quality and easily readable functional, technical, and business domain documents and agile artifacts Create and manage the development lifecycle for features and user stories in Azure DevOps Provide operational support and resolve defects in coordination with Development and QA teams Prioritize and resolve product usability issues, design flaws and bugs using Agile processes and tracking systems BI / Analysis and Modelling (40%): Perform data discovery, analysis, and profiling on source systems and confirm results with technical architects and developers and business teams Develop source-to-target mapping and other domain documents required to execute development Model and present data points/concepts to facilitate architectural discussions for business and development teams Analyze data and functionality patterns Investigate technologies required to design and implement dashboards Implement KPIs and supporting data points for dashboards Work with architects and developers to understand and optimize architectural and performance issues Work with Developers and QA testers write user stories and then implement and test the functionality changes Project Management (20%): Evaluate and prioritize project phases, milestones, and requirements to deliver functionality and enhance throughput Collaborate with Project/Scrum Managers, Program SMEs and technical staff as needed Supervise the planning and execution of client projects and key deliverables Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal team members Degreed Hybrid - Irving, Texas (3 days onsite) US Citizen/GC/GC-EAD - open to Contract to Perm Excellent verbal and written communication skills Clean criminal background.
