Job Type Full-timeDescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team, specializing in non-surgical aesthetic procedures. The Aesthetic NP will provide high-quality patient care and perform advanced cosmetic treatments, including CoolSculpting, body wrapping, microdermabrasion, Mona Lisa procedures, laser phototherapy, skin rejuvenation, laser skin treatments, injectables, and other aesthetic services. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, has strong clinical expertise, and is dedicated to delivering excellent patient outcomes.Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals, educate on available treatments, and develop personalized care plans.Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including CoolSculpting, body wrapping, microdermabrasion, laser phototherapy, skin rejuvenation, and laser skin treatments.Administer injectables (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers) with precision, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.Perform Mona Lisa procedures for intimate rejuvenation as appropriate, ensuring sensitivity and professionalism.Maintain a thorough understanding of body contouring techniques, laser technologies, skin anatomy, and contraindications for all procedures offered.Monitor patient progress, provide follow-up care, and make adjustments to treatment plans to achieve optimal results.Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and the realistic expectations of all procedures.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sterilization and infection control protocols.Stay current on the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies through continuous education and professional development. Requirements Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona.Certification in Aesthetic Medicine, Body Contouring, and Injectables (preferred).Proven experience with CoolSculpting, body wrapping, microdermabrasion, laser therapies, Mona Lisa procedures, and other aesthetic treatments.Strong knowledge of facial and skin anatomy, injectables, and laser skin treatments.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Proficient in electronic medical records (preferably Athena).Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
