We are seeking an experienced Accounting Solutions Consultant to oversee high-impact projects in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. This essential role provides a unique opportunity to drive meaningful contributions and deliver exceptional results for our clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and leading initiatives focused on Controllership, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending 3 days in the client's office, with 2 days remote, fostering both flexibility and strong team collaboration.

Accounting Solutions Consultant Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage consulting projects in the areas of Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A for a large publicly traded company.
• Drive change management initiatives and process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with company goals.
• Provide expert guidance and support in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Accounting Solutions Consultant Qualifications:

• 4 to 7 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm, with a focus on Controllership, Change Management, and Process Improvement
• Experience in a publicly traded company is highly desirable
• Proven track record of successfully leading consulting projects and driving change within large organizations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
